Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Cookware

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original boutique packaging, ensuring all protective liners and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
