Every piece of our cookware is handcrafted in Villedieu-les-Poêles, France, continuing a tradition of excellence that dates back to 1830.
How do I properly maintain my copper cookware?
We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water. To maintain the original shine, use our Copperbrill cleaner; otherwise, the copper will develop a natural patina over time.
Is Mauviel1830 cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Our M'6S and M'plus collections are specifically designed for induction. Our traditional copper lines require an interface disk to function on induction hobs.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers. Delivery times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within 7-10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Mauviel1830 offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for products used in a domestic setting. This does not cover damage from overheating or misuse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
